OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 308!

Hi everyone: It's day 308 of omad! I usually go for an hour walk before starting work. However, this morning it was raining. So I opted to pop one of my Billy Blanks videos into my dvd player. I felt great after. I think it is so important to move our bodies for mind and body health. Forget about exercising to lose weight. Just go for a walk. Listen to whatever music that you love or just listen to to the sound around you. I am lucky to live in a quiet area away from downtown. However, I still love listening to my Prince music while I walk. I love that time for myself. We all deserve at least one hour for ourselves. Today's meal was bacon and eggs. Another great feature of omad! Nothing is in stone. Eat whatever you like. So I had breakfast for dinner!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
