OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 322! Day 5 of the carnivore diet completed!

Hi friends: It's day 322 of omad! I can't believe that I have done 322 days of omad! If you are just starting out. Keep in mind that it will not be easy at first but it does get easier. Just stick with it! You can do it! Don't forget to eat something that is nutrient dense when you first open up your eating window. Avacado is a great choice. I think it is a great idea to eat a steak a day if you are doing the carnivore diet. Steak is so satisfying. Some carnivores eat their meat raw. I'm not at that point yet but I do season my meat with Himalayan sea salt and paprika. I find that sea salt replenishes my electrolytes and potassium. Some people add sea salt directly to their water. I do not. I add a generous amount to my meat. 
Today's meal was chicken. I had 2 huge chicken thighs but one hour later. I still felt hungry. So I made four scrambled eggs. Yum!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
