OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 320! Day 3 of Strict Carnivore Diet!

Hi friends: It's day 320 of omad and day 3 of the carnivore diet. I say strict because I have been doing a lazy version of the carnivore diet. Due to that lazy version of carnivore and keto. I also easily, got back into bad eating habits such as eating sugar and high carb foods. 
My acne also returned and so has my digestive issues. Today my stomach is starting to de-bloated and my face has started to clear and it's only been three days. I'm happy to report no new breakouts. Yay! I feel great to see my tummy shrink day after day. I can even see a bit of abs wanting my attention. I recommend that if you have stalled on keto or you are wanting to lose more around your midsection give the carnivore diet a try. This morning I weighed myself and I saw the number 133 pounds. I usually fluctuate so this wasn't a surprise but if you are serious about losing weight. Don't weigh yourself every day. The scale can be evil. If your clothes are feeling loose and you are feeling good that is the only gauge that matters.

Today's dinner was steak, chicken cracklings, and eggs. I made bacon for dessert but I burned it. Sigh!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
