OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 324!

Hi friends: It's day 324 of omad! It's Father's Day! Happy Father's Day to all the father's out there and to the mother's that are both moms and father's. I hope all of you are having a blessed day! I celebrated Father's Day with my wonderful husband and daughter. We treated my husband to lunch at Pickle barrel. My husband had the corn beef sandwich with fries. My daughter and I had the same thing. We had the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. My sandwich was on marbled rye and my daughter had the pretzel bun. We both had the poutine. So delicious. I broke my fast a little earlier so that I could enjoy lunch with my family. I wasn't able to finish everything so I brought it home and ate the rest later. I was so full. For those of you that do eat carbs. Here is a tip. Have you heard about resistant starch? Just cook your potatoes or rice and put them in the fridge overnight. The next day prepare your favourite potato or rice dish recipe. Refrigerating starches overnight creates less of an insulin spike. Enjoy your weekend my friends!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
