OMAD/INTERMITTENT FASTING - 6 MONTH UPDATE!Day 318 of #omad For the past few months I have been doing lazy keto/keto carnivore. I have had some meals that were not keto also. One thing that has been consistent is meat. I have been eating mostly meat. I have gotten really comfortable and added sugar, veggies and dairy back into my diet. I have noticed that my digestive issues and acne have returned. So I'm back to strict carnivore. I'm going to use the carnivore diet as an elimination diet. Then I will reintroduce some veggies and diary back to see what is causing my issues. Day One of the carnivore diet! No coffee today. Just water. Fasted for 20 hours and had a 4 hour eating window. Steak, eggs and extra crispy chicken cracklings for dessert. #intermittentfasting #carnivorediet #onemealaday #lolaslifelessons
