OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 325!


Hi friends: It's day 325 of omad! Today I made chicken thighs for my family and something different for myself. Sometimes I make three different meals depending on what our individual needs are. Everyone in my house loves food and variety. We do not like to eat the same thing every day. I made chicken thighs and vegetable for my daughter and husband. I took the skins from the thighs and made chicken cracklings for me. I also made myself a tenderloin steak and scrambled eggs. I ate all of that within my 4-hour eating window. The good fats from the steak and chicken skins really help with satiety. The good fats make me feel so full. This five days of the carnivore diet are so beneficial because I am opening my window with good fasts which prevent me from overeating. I hope everyone is having a great day!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.

Hi friends: It's 365 days of omad! I did it! I ate one meal a day for one year!!! During this year I did do some extended fasting...
