OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 310!

Hi everyone: It's day 311 of omad! I hit my 48-hour mark of fasting and I didn't feel hunger at all. So I decided to continue. I continued because not eating on the weekend has always been a challenge for me. So I thought it would be a great milestone for me. I am going for a 72 hour fast. I love fasting. I find it to be a recharge. However, I would consult your doctor first.

I will break my fast at dinner time. Of course, you already know what I will be eating for dinner. Steak.. that's right. I sipped on water. I added 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 500 mls of water. I had about 1.5 liters of that drink today. I also went for my usual one hour walk today. It's a beautiful day and I feel great!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
