OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 194! Day 9 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!


Hi everyone: It's day 194 of omad and day 9 of the carnivore diet! Today I was hungry at around 2pm. If I wasn't doing omad, I would have eaten some meat. Why am I hungry? I don't think I ate enough yesterday. My steak was on the small side. Moving forward eating enough will be priority number one. Today's dinner was melt in your mouth tenderloin steak, chicken cracklings and eggs. So good!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
