OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 209! Day 24 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!

Hi everyone: It's day 209 of omad and day 24 of the carnivore diet! I woke up this morning feeling great. One of the wonderful benefits of this diet is beautiful blissful sleep. I slept so deep. I did not wake up at all. I slept completely through the night. I'm not sure how it is possible to feel rested after only 7 hours of sleep but I do. When I do wake up I feel so rested and recharged. I think with the elimination of sugar, carbs, and caffeine. My system is certainly being reset and I love it!

Now I'm really torn. Do I continue with this diet or do keto along with it. Btw...I will continue to do omad. It is everything to me now. Omad is a lifestyle choice and habit now. When I'm fasting I do drink a lot of water. Actually, I drink 65 ounces of water a day. I love the benefits of the carnivore diet but I also love the variety in my meals. Only six more days. So I have to make a decision soon. Keto...carnivore...keto-carnivore? I don't know yet.

What was on the menu today? Steak and bacon. I have no idea how many pounds but it was a massive T-bone steak and I had 6 slices of bacon. Today I really hungry and I ate the entire steak. So days I am hungry and some days I am not. I really think it has to do with what I ate the night before.

My meal was delicious. I have a strange observation. Steak is something that the body seems to be always hungry for. I was at a point where I was getting sick of eating steak. I think I'm over that feeling now. I love steak. My body loves it too. Let's see how I feel tomorrow.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
