OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 192! CARNIVORE DIET DAY 7 UPDATE!


Hi everyone: It's day 192 of omad and day 7 of 30 the carnivore diet. At the beginning of this carnivore diet journey, I had decided that I wasn't going to do an update until day 30. However, my progress has been so great that I just had to do an update video. You can check out the video here: 
Some of the benefits that I have experienced so far have been:
- Zero bloating
- Zero acne breakouts
- Great sleep 
- Less sleep is needed
- Hair and scalp health improved

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
