OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 189! Day 4 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!



Hi everyone: It's day 189 of omad! Today I was so busy with work. I didn't feel hungry at all. I had a huge steak and I really need something crunchy today. So I made chicken cracklings. They were delicious. If you are interested in the recipe, you can find it here. Chicken Cracklings recipe!
Benefits so far:
No bloating
Improvement in digestion
Acne - zero breakouts

Cons: 
I'm still not sleeping great. I do think this has to do with sugar and coffee withdrawal. I could have a cup coffee but as I have mentioned before I can't seem to drink coffee without some sort of sugar subsitute which is usually black strap molasses. I'm addicted to the taste and I have been using it to reversal my grey hair for the last 10 months. It should be interesting to see if there is a change in my hair.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
