OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 211! Day 26 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!

Hi everyone: It's day 211 of omad and day 26 of the carnivore diet. Only 4 more days of this challenge. My only update to report is: I feel great and I am so happy I did this! I can't wait to do the update video and share my thoughts with you all. Today's dinner was steak of course, topped with gigantic garlic shrimp. Usually, we eat out on Saturday but we decided to have dinner at home. This is great for me because I am not faced with the temptation of mall food. It's easier on the budget. Because I am only eating steaks our dinners at restaurants are becoming too expensive. I love my stove top grill and I think that I am becoming an expert when it comes to grilling steaks. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
