OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 213! Day 28 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!

Hi everyone: It's day 213 of the omad! It's also day 28 of the carnivore diet! Only 2 more days to go and I'm really proud of myself for doing this challenge. I have stopped the diary for now and my face is clearing up. So I now know that I do have some issues with dairy. Today's dinner was steak and chicken cracklings. I love making them but most of all I love eating them. When I started the carnivore diet I really missed chips but with these chicken cracklings. I don't miss chips at all. The next time we go to see a movie I will be bringing these as my snacks. They were so good. I used chicken skins from about 8 chicken thighs. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
