My husband eat my veggies which left me with a very teeny tiny portion of steak and shrimp. Interesting to see the plate when all the veggies are gone. Yeah this looks yummy but for $35.00 I was disappointed. I ate my dinner. Then I went home made bacon and eggs. I was still hungry. A 7 oz sirloin steak was not enough to make me feel full considering the amount of meat I have been eating daily. I was seriously surprised at the portion. I stayed on track today. Challenge is going great. 4 pounds⬇️ #lolaslifelessons

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
