OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 191! Day 6 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!

Hi everyone: It's day 191 of omad and day 6 of the carnivore challenge. I had dinner out with my family at @moxies_official tonight. I ordered the 7-ounce sirloin steak and garlic shrimp. My meal came with baby potatoes and broccoli. My husband ate my veggies which left me with a very teeny tiny portion of steak and shrimp. Interesting to see the plate when all the veggies are gone. Yeah, this looks yummy but for $35.00 I was disappointed. Keep in mind that my dinner was 35.00 dollars. My husband ordered the turkey BLT and my daughter had the linguine with shrimp.

I ate my dinner. Then I went home and made bacon and eggs. I was still hungry. A 7 oz sirloin steak was not enough to make me feel full considering the amount of meat I have been eating lately. I was seriously surprised at the portion. Good news is I stayed on track today. The challenge is going great. I did wake up this morning with very intense sugar cravings. I need sugar!!!! My scale showed 4 pounds lost. So I'm sticking with this challenge. That was the motivation I needed. Even though, I have surpassed my weight loss goal of 135 pounds.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
