OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 200! Day 15 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!


Hi everyone: It's day 200 of omad and day 15 of the carnivore diet. Wow! I can't believe that I've actually eaten one meal a day for 200 days straight! My body is so use to this way of eating. I can't imagine eating any other way. I love it! I am also at the halfway point of the carnivore diet challenge. I feel amazing. Today's dinner was T-bone steak and bacon. It was yummy!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
