Just in case you missed it. Here is my CARNIVORE DIET DAY 7 UPDATE!Day 200 of #omad and Day 15 of the #carnivorediet I can't believe that I have been eating #onemealaday for 200 days. I can't imagine eating any other way. As for the carnivore challenge things are still great. I'm still confused about why my digestion is the best it's ever been without any veggies or fruit. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
