Our Valentines day will be delayed but not denied. He is going to take me to one of my favourite dessert cafe as well. Yep, it will be a non-keto day and also I would have completed the carnivore diet challenge.
I think I may take a couple days off the carnivore diet once the challenge is complete. Then begin the 5:2, meaning carnivore during the week and keto on the weekends. I will continue with omad because I love it and I'm so used to it now. It's not a diet for me anymore it's a lifestyle. As for the carnivore diet, I don't think I could do it long term. Many because I love variety so much. My body and well being love it so much now too!
What's for dinner? It was wings and steak and everything was delicious. I am missing coffee more than ever today? Zero sugar cravings but a coffee would hit the stop. Not because I feel tired. Actually, I have great energy. I just want it. I can't figure out why? I am at 17 days and I still have cravings.
Just in case you missed it. Here is my CARNIVORE DIET DAY 7 UPDATE!
Check out my before and after videos below. How I lost 30 pounds in 90 days!
Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.
Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
