I noticed something interesting over the weekend. I love coffee so much. Especially with heavy cream and molasses. Oh my goodness. I love to sip it from that Tim Hortons cup. I love it! Love it! Love it! But I have been without it for 14 days. My husband asked me if it was ok for him to get a Timmie's coffee. He is so sweet. He didn't want to tempt me. I said, "it's ok, go ahead". As soon as I saw the cup, that red cup with the logo and design..and it was roll up the rim too. I think the packaging hypnotized me. I wanted his coffee. I even had to hold the cup. The smell of it was so wonderful. I didn't give in. No coffee for me.
Later that day...Anyway...So am I really craving coffee?...I'm not really sure. However, this is something to think about because I am triggered by the packaging. WTH... I have read that many people that have been doing the carnivore diet for years state that there coffee, sugar and chocolate cravings go away. I would love that to happen to me. That would be fantastic!!!!!
Bring it on! In any event, I am still feeling great. With the elimination of coffee, I have been sleeping great. I fall asleep much faster. I am not waking up in the middle of the night anymore. Yasss!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
