OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 198! Day 13 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!


Hi everyone: It's day 198 of omad and day 14 of the carnivore diet! Dinner today was steak tenderloin and chicken cracklings. My dinner was good. I'm getting over the whole it's the weekend so it's time to go off track. I'm adjusting and accepting this.... "The weekend is just another day". My sugar cravings are gone but if I see someone eating something that I like then I want it but if I don't see it I'm fine. Ugh.
I noticed something interesting over the weekend. I love coffee so much. Especially with heavy cream and molasses. Oh my goodness. I love to sip it from that Tim Hortons cup. I love it! Love it! Love it! But I have been without it for 14 days. My husband asked me if it was ok for him to get a Timmie's coffee. He is so sweet. He didn't want to tempt me. I said, "it's ok, go ahead". As soon as I saw the cup, that red cup with the logo and design..and it was roll up the rim too. I think the packaging hypnotized me. I wanted his coffee. I even had to hold the cup. The smell of it was so wonderful. I didn't give in. No coffee for me.
Later that day...Anyway...So am I really craving coffee?...I'm not really sure. However, this is something to think about because I am triggered by the packaging. WTH... I have read that many people that have been doing the carnivore diet for years state that there coffee, sugar and chocolate cravings go away. I would love that to happen to me. That would be fantastic!!!!!
Bring it on! In any event, I am still feeling great. With the elimination of coffee, I have been sleeping great. I fall asleep much faster. I am not waking up in the middle of the night anymore. Yasss!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
