Hi friends: It's day 319 of omad and day 2 of me eating strict carnivore! Today I wanted to answer a couple of questions.
What time should you open your window if you do 16:8 stretch of intermittent fasting. This would mean that this person does a 16 hour fast and has an eating window of 8 hours.
Currently, my protocol is 20:4. My advice is you could do a 16:8 just by skipping breakfast and opening your eating window from 12pm to 8pm or 1pm to 9pm. I would go with whatever that fits your lifestyle. If you suffer from acid reflux, I would try not to eat right before going to sleep. The latest that I will eat is 8pm and I go to sleep at 10:30pm. Eating right before bed can trigger your acid reflux.
This morning I went for my morning walk. Then started work. Today's meal was steak, scrambled eggs and bacon for dessert. I actually ate four eggs because I want to ensure that I eat enough. Have a great day everyone!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
