I fasted for 18 hours today and shared a poutine with my daughter. For dinner, my husband joined us at Lonestar. My daughter and I had the fajitas for two. My husband had the hamburger. This was not a keto night. It was more of a eat whatever you want night. So I didn't ask for the lettuce instead of the tortillas. I went all in and I loved every minute of it. We had the queso with the tortilla chips. For dessert, we had McDonalds ice cream. I had so much diary tonight? I do have a confession. I felt guilty eating that ice cream. I have reached my goal weight. Why am I feeling guilty? If I go back to my old eating habits will I gain all of the weight back? All forty pounds or more???
