OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 321! Day 4 of Strict Carnivore Diet!


Hi friends: It's day 321 of omad and day 4 of the carnivore diet! I'm feeling good. I have great energy. My face is clearing up and my tummy is flat. The bloat is gone! Yass! Why can't I eat like this on a long-term basis? My body loves this diet but my mind craves variety!!! I have watched so many videos and people say that while on the carnivore diet they do not crave variety or sweets. I wonder if I would have to do it for a certain period of time to get to that point. I am sure there are some people that struggle with omad or intermittent fasting. I can say that at the 3-month mark omad was easier. So I am sure it most be the same for the carnivore diet. I have to get to the 3-month mark but for now I just wanted to do carnivore for a week so that I could get my digestive issues under control. I am looking forward to eating normally this weekend. It's father's day! Today's meal was surf and turf. My meal was good! So plan for this weekend. Stay away from foods that affect my digestion. We shall see.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
