OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 295!

Hi everyone: It's day 295 of omad! When I first started omad I was very serious about losing weight really fast. So I fasted for 23 hours and had an eating window of 1 hour. Now that I have surpassed my goal weight. I now fast for 20 hours and have an eating window of 4 hours. At first, I was afraid to have such a long eating window. I feared that I would binge. At this time, this window works for me. I am not binging and I am eating until I am full. I recognize that I do not have to eat everything today. What I do not eat today. I can eat tomorrow. Interestingly, my daughter is skinny. She never seems to feel that she has to eat everything today. She turned 15 today. She opted for cupcakes instead of a huge birthday cake. She wanted wings for dinner. I tried the garlic garlic wings from Wild Wings. They were delicious.

Black Seed oil for Weight Loss One Month Update + Omad


Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
