Hi everyone: It's day 277 of omad! It's the first of May. It's beautiful outside. The sun is shining and I was so looking forward to my morning walk. I walk every morning for at least an hour. It is not only great for my body but also great for my mind. I love it so much. This morning I listened to Prince music and it made me feel so good. Please, everyone, take time for yourselves. It's so important. As I walked I could literally feel the stress leaving my body. That beautiful sunshine against my face. That fresh air. What a great way to start the day!!! Life is beautiful.
Today I planned to have a carnivore diet meal but I was craving asparagus. Yummy...yummy asparagus. So that is what I had. I grilled one pound of steak tenderloin on my George Foreman Grill. I added salt and crushed garlic to my asparagus. I baked it for about 10 mins. My dinner was delicious.
