OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 284! "Delay Don't Deny"

Hi everyone: It's day 284 of omad! Today's meal showcases why I love omad so much. Today's meal was chicken wings, egg drop soup, berries for dinner and of course I ended my meal with coffee. The slogan for omad is delay don't deny. So I am eating all of my favourite foods but at a specific window of time. My taste buds have changed so much. In the past, I didn't really taste my food. I think because I was eating so much and so frequently. Fasting for 20 hours or even 14 hours allows us to really taste food. I will tell you that food is delicious. I love the first two bites. I wish I could describe the taste of the first two bites of food. Do you love steak? Well, steak never tastes so good. The taste is on another level. I do get tempted during the day at times to eat something. I say no... because I am looking forward to the first two bites after fasting. I haven't had wings in a while. I seasoned these with salt, pepper, paprika and tex mex. They were out of this world delicious. My egg drop soup was so good. So that is what an egg really taste like? My berries were so sweet. What a beautiful meal!
