OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 291!


Hi everyone: It's day 291 of omad! Today, as usual, I spent the day in a fasted state. I fasted for 21 hours and had an eating window of 3 hours. Of course today I had my omad at dinner time. I also try to eat clean which makes it that so much easier to burn my own body fat for fuel.
Today's meal was steak, bacon, and berries for dinner. I generously salt my steak to increase electrolytes which is important for fasting. I walked for about one hour today! I feel great!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
