OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 290!


Hi everyone: It's day 290 of omad! Today's meal was a carnivore meal. I had tenderloin steak. This steak was a cheaper cut. So I tenderized it with lots of salt for about an hour. Then I rinsed the salt off. Then added my usual seasoning. I used my George Foreman to grill. Myself, my husband and my daughter enjoyed steak for dinner. My daughter had broccoli with hers and my husband and I just had steak. My teen daughter mentioned to me that she has noticed that her acne is clearing up. She only washes her face with just water. She has removed dairy from her diet and is also eating mainly meat but she does have veggies with her meal. Her sugar intake is down too, simply because we don't buy it anymore. I'm excited to see the changes in her acne in the future. As for my skin, it has completely cleared with occasional tiny flare-ups. I eat mostly meat but I do enjoy veggies, fruit and occasional junk food. If you are dealing acne, try cutting back on dairy, processed food, junk food, and sugar to see if your acne will improve. My doctor told me that my diet had zero to do with my acne. I am noticing now that there is a connection. It's important to have a doctor. It is also important to be our own doctors too.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
