OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 279!

Hi everyone: It's day 278 of omad! This week has been hard emotionally. Lots of sadness for me and my family. Loss is so hard. My household is usually very calm and peaceful. However, this week stress levels are also unusually high in my house. So I am making sure to take time to nourish my body and my mind. It's time to feed my mind and my body. In the past high stress always led to impulsive and poor food choices. I always turned to carb-loaded foods and sugar-packed goodies which always gave me a high and then the crash.  I would see and feel all the ailments that went along with my poor food choices which was bad digestion issues. And I would also feel so guilty. Today I made I decided that I would not make the same mistakes. At this time, it is more important than ever to stay away from sugar and carbs.  I opted to stick with my routine that is working for me. I fasted for 20 hours and ignored that voice in the back of my head that said. "A coffee and donut will not hurt. You desire it because of the sad news." I reminded myself of that slippery slope today. So I fasted for 20 hours and stuck to my eating window of 4 hours.  I also had two tenderloin steaks. They were delicious. The only sweetness that I tasted today was my keto friendly blackstrap molasses that I always add to my coffee. I always have a coffee with my omad!

Black Seed oil for Weight Loss One Month Update + Omad


Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
