OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 292! Foti and blackstrap molasses for grey hair!

Hi everyone: It's day 292 of omad! Today I made steak and chicken cracklings. It was definitely a carnivore diet day! Because I eat only one meal a day, I do supplement. I take black seed oil, MSM, vitamin d, magnesium, Foti, and zinc. Many of my Instagram friends that fast also take fish oil and chlorella tablets. I am told that the supplements they use promote longevity and reduce inflammation.

I have also been substituting blackstrap molasses instead of using sugar in my coffee. It has helped my anemia. It does have a side effect. It has turned my hair from grey to black. I have been experimenting with the herb Foti. I recommend that you research this herb. I ordered mine from Amazon but when I was last in the health food store.  The nutritionist told me that a regular customer who is 70 told her that Foti turned his hair from grey to black. So I am wondering if the Foti and blackstrap molasses have been working together.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
