OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 294! Fave omad meal!

Hi everyone: It's day 294 of omad! What do I mostly eat while on omad! As many of you noticed meat is a huge staple in my meals. My favourite protein is steak. My second favourite is bacon and eggs. 
My diet is usually mostly meat with some veggies and fruit. My fiber intake is quite low and I have noticed that my digestion is much better with the reduction of fiber. Actually, if I have steak and for example asparagus, I have to be careful with the amount. A little goes a long way. As long as I stick to that method all seems to be well with my digestion. 

Today's meal was unplanned. I have noticed that when I don't plan my meals I do turn to junk food. My goal with omad is to eat clean. However, when your family wants pizza and you are outvoted. Then I do just go with the majority. Pizza is ok once in a while. I did have three slices and some berries.

Black Seed oil for Weight Loss One Month Update + Omad

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
