OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 278!

Hi everyone: It's day 278 of omad! I am so close to completing a year of omad! So funny, when I started my intention was to do 24 hours. That is as long as I thought I could do. I thought that a week or a month was impossible. I didn't intend on doing one year. I just took it one day at a time. Starting with a day. Then a week. Then a month. When I realized I could do that and the weight was melting off. I realized I could do anything. The word impossible no longer existed in my vocabulary. 
I still focus on doing one day at a time. I love omad so much. I am happy that I am in a place that I have committed to a fasting time which is 20 hours and an eating window which is 4 hours. Keep in mind this eating window may not work for everyone. 
When you are trying to lose weight you may find that a 23-hour window and a 1-hour window may be ideal because it is so easy to binge with a larger window. What I still do is make sure that I know what I am eating for that omad. So it is pre-planned. When I started my journey. I would compile my food for my omad and take a pic of all it. Then post it on Instagram. I would not add any more food. Once I was done eating. I was done for the day. I would always try to eat everything in one sitting. I would try to finish it all in one hour. Present day...I like to take my time and to enjoy my food but it is still tempting to overeat. So a 4-hour eating window...discipline is needed. However, I remind myself that I have surpassed my goal weight. So it is ok to have this extra time. I deserve it. Also, I remind myself that tomorrow is another day. The food that I crave or want today will be there tomorrow. Everything in moderation. 
Today's meal was ribeye steak and bacon for my carnivore diet meal. The bacon was my dessert!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
