OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 283!

Hi everyone: It's day 283 of omad! I'm been asked this question frequently. Do you have a cheat day? I don't really plan a cheat. When I first started omad, if I was in a situation where I had to have two omads. I would just go with it and forgive myself later. What I do struggle with is eating clean. Sometimes my plans do not always work out and I do succumb to temptation. I figure that if I am going to eat one meal a day. I want it to be nutrient dense and not junk food. If you do plan on cheat days during your omad, I think it is ok. It depends on your individual goals. If you need a cheat day, go for it. As long as it doesn't turn into a binge or go on for several days. It should be fine. I would recommend that you try to say away from sugar, junk food, refined and processed foods. Just try to eat as clean as possible. 

Today's meal was a carnivore diet meal. I had steak and shrimp. So yummy.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
