OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 282!

Hi everyone: It's day 282 of omad! Today was a lazy day at home. However, this morning I went shopping for a birthday gift for my niece. I fasted for my usual 20 hours. I did have coffee at around 1 pm.
So for the people that are new to my blog. What is omad? It stands for one meal a day. My meal is always at dinner time. My omad starts at 5 pm and ends at 9pm. The last hour of my omad is saved for coffee. I love to sip my def coffee while watching tv with my family. 
A couple of days ago one of my Instagram followers asked me? Do you get hungry? Answer: When you first start omad, you do get hungry. However, this is a mind over matter situation or can I say mind over tummy. It actually feels like a battle with yourself. Your mind will try to negotiate. It can feel like a battle or wills. For me, I don't think that I was hungry at all but my mind was tricking me into thinking I was. I was also fighting the programming. Meaning I was taught that I had to eat three meals a day or something bad would happen to me. So I was dealing with a lot of fear. I thought that I would lack energy. The opposite happened. Eating one meal a day actually gave me more energy. I went from drinking 4-6 cups of coffee to a day to one decaf coffee. Physically, what I dealt with was headaches but eventually, they went away. I think that was an internal conflict panic issue. My body and mind were stressed about the drastic change in routine. My body and mind have gotten into a different routine now and I love it so much!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
