OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 287!

Hi: everyone it's day 287 of omad! Today my family and I celebrated Mother's Day a little early. I have a large family and I usually celebrated with many dinners over the weekend. So I'm looking forward to Mother's Day dinners May 12 and May 13. Tonight's dinner was at Swiss Chalet with my husband, mother-n-law, and daughter. They had a great deal appetizer, entree, and dessert for 19.99 that was a pretty good deal that I couldn't pass up. I ordered spring rolls, a quarter chicken with fries, and for dessert the apple pie. I didn't eat the apple pie. It is still in my fridge. The customer service was amazing as usual. The food was delicious and the price right!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.

Hi friends: It's 365 days of omad! I did it! I ate one meal a day for one year!!! During this year I did do some extended fasting...
