OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 242! Surf and Turf!

Hi everyone: It's day 242 of omad! What's for dinner today? Steak and shrimp. Surf and turf are one of my fave meals. I usually make this at home because having a meal like this at a restaurant can be expensive. I seasoned my shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then I sauteed it with garlic and butter. I grilled my steak using my George Foreman Grill. I love my steak medium rare. So I cooked the steak on each side for 2 minutes. My dinner was delicious. I made my daughter and hubby shrimp as well. My husband only ate shrimp and my daughter had rice with her meal.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
