OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 218! Cheat day!!!


Hi everyone: It's the weekend!!! Yay!!! Today was my cheat day! Wow! This is my first official cheat day since I started keto! So no keto! No carnivore diet! No challenges! Just omad because I love it! I made curry chicken with all the yummy spices for dinner! I had 3 large pieces. I also made veggie quesadillas. Then my husband and I celebrated our very late in the month Valentines Day! We went to see the movie "The Greatest Showman" at the Landmark theatre. I am so in love with this theatre because of the reclining seats. This is the only theatre experience I want. The movie was amazing. There were some parts that had me teared up. Then we went to Demetres and I had a very yummy waffle with vanilla ice cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce on the side. This dessert was not keto and it was epic! This is why I love omad. I can eat what I want. Of course, I will not be eating like this daily. I think this is ok once in a while. While at movies I did have some popcorn. Funny thing is I usually crave popcorn when I can't have it and then when I do have it I eat a few handfuls. Then I'm done. What do you guys think about cheat days?

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
