OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 223!

Hi everyone: It's day 223 of omad! Today I had another carnivore meal which was steak and shrimp. I seasoned my steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. I added some salt, pepper and garlic powder to my shrimp and sauteed it in butter. Both were delicious. Tomorrow I am looking forward to my ketogenic meal. I'm not sure what I will eat yet. Some people have asked me if I plan to deviate from a keto meal during my two days off the carnivore diet. The answer is no at this point but if I ever do it will be a clean meal. My thought process is...when I was overweight obviously what I was doing wasn't working. What I seem to be doing now is working so I am going to continue with it. I do believe that omad is the key with the help of my supplements...black seed oil and apple cider vinegar.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
