OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 235!

Hi everyone: It's day 235 of omad! Today's meal was oven baked bacon and grilled steak! I am really loving this keto-carnivore diet. I have been eating carnivore meals Monday to Friday and keto meals Saturday and Sunday. This routine has been working for me. I think that eating meat seven days a week exclusively is too much for me. I need variety in my diet. I love that on the weekends I have can have fruit, veggies and something sweet. It is a great balance. I am also taking supplements such as msm, black seed oil, blackstrap molasses, and a multivitamin. I also take apple cider vinegar daily to keep my acid reflux away. Apple cider is the only thing that works for my reflux.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
