OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 221!

Hi everyone: It's day 221 of omad! Today's dinner was chicken wings and steak. T-bone steak is one of my fave cuts. Here is why...The T-bone steak is one of the best cuts of beef; this cut includes the richly flavored sirloin and the tender and juicy fillet. Since the steak has so many flavors and is already tender and juicy, it requires only a simple and light seasoning. I season with salt, pepper, and paprika. You can choose to marinate your steak, but for a stove top grilled steak, light seasoning usually is fine. I love my steak medium rare. What about you?

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
