OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 219!


Hi everyone: It's day 219 of omad! As many of you know I had a cheat meal yesterday after only eating meat for one month. Last night I had some tummy issues. Mostly acid reflux which kept me up for most of the night. Laying down makes it unbearable. I think it was maybe the popcorn and ice cream. Sigh...I usually take apple cider daily but yesterday I did not. When the acid reflux came on I drank some apple cider but it took about 3 hours to really help. I did continue to have the acid reflux throughout the day but I continued to sip on apple cider vinegar. Tonight's dinner was steak, chicken cracklings, and asparagus. I did promise myself a keto meal today. After eating my meal I didn't feel bloated which was a relief. However, this was a small portion of veggies. I'm looking forward to my carnivore meal tomorrow.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
