OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 222!

Hi everyone: It's day 222 of omad! Today's dinner was a gigantic rib eye steak. My daughter is getting sick of steak. So I made her halibut fish with garlic butter on a bed of rice. I made myself and my hubby steak. He loves the carnivore diet but he does eat fruit and nuts. I'm strictly still eating carnivore. Last night I did have a piece of cheese and again this morning I had an acne breakout. Even though I am realizing I have some issues with cheese. I don't think that I can give it up. Maybe it's the baby bell cheese. I may need to do some experimenting. I love cheese so much. Sigh...I hope everyone is having a great week.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
