OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 224!

Hi everyone: It's day 224 of omad! Some of you know that I have been using Organic Wholesome Molasses to reverse my grey hair. My journey started March 3, 2017 - I stopped taking the molasses while I did my carnivore diet because I wanted to be strictly carnivore. So I decided I would tack another month onto my molasses journey to be fair. I noticed that my hair did not become grayer. It actually slowed the graying process down. Many youtube videos stated that molasses actually reversed grey hair. One of my youtuber suggested that I try adding MSM.


What is MSM? MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural form of organic sulfur that is necessary for collagen synthesis and is very important in building the sulfur amino acids methionine and cysteine. MSM is also a natural antiseptic. MSM is the nutrient form of sulfur. MSM is found in many common foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, milk, and eggs. This substance plays a critical role in the production of energy in every cell of the body. It aids in circulation, stimulates the immune system, increases tissue oxygenation, and has vital anti-aging effects.

MSM provides sulfur, and sulfur is required for the healthy growth of collagen and keratin. Keratin is the fibrous scleroprotein that can be found in the outer layer of the skin, hair, and nails, and so, healthy keratin means healthy hair. Sulfur can also improve the circulation of blood in the scalp, which can further promote hair growth. Apart from ensuring healthy growth of hair, sulfur can make the hair glossy or increase its brilliance. This is how MSM improves hair growth and this is the reason why it is included in many hair loss therapies. To enhance the effects of methylsulfonylmethane for hair growth, While taking MSM supplement, it is also important to drink more water. To sum up I have added the MSM supplement to my grey hair reversal journey. As for what I had for my omad! I enjoyed a beautiful tenderloin steak with scrambled eggs and it was delicious.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
