OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 234! Why are rib eye steaks so good?

Hi everyone: It's day 234 of omad! Happy Spring!!! Today it was the first day of spring but the day still felt like winter. I went for my one hour walk and then started my day. I can't tell you how important it is to take time to walk and recharge the body. As women, we put everybody ahead of us and put off our self-care to tomorrow. That's not ok. It's important to put yourself first. When I came home I immediately started work, I had a busy day but that walk really gave me the energy I needed to tackle the day.
I fasted for 22 hours. I broke my fast with the most delicious steak ever. The cut was rib eye. I attempted to eat 2 steaks. So about 2 pounds. In fact, I ate about a pound and half. I love this cut because of the combination of fat and tenderness. So good! Why are ribeye steaks so good?

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
