OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 217!


Hi everyone: It's day 217 of omad! Yes, I have finished the carnivore diet challenge and I feel great! I decided I would do five days of carnivore and two days of keto. It's Friday and I'm having a gigantic T-bone steak for dinner. I used my George Foreman Grill to grill it. I grilled on each side for about two minutes. Then I warmed it up a bit in my saucepan with some butter. Man, it was delicious. I also had some oven baked bacon. Tomorrow I plan to take it easy. It's going to be a day off from the challenges and keto. However, I will still eat one meal a day because I love it and it has just become the perfect lifestyle choice for me.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
