OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 225! Keto at a Japanese restaurant!

Hi everyone: It's day 225 of omad! It's also the weekend!!! Today was suppose to be a keto day but it was not! My day's intention started out with a keto meal in mind but my family wanted to eat at a Japenese restaurant. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box which consisted of miso soup, salad, teriyaki chicken, rice, and shrimp tempura. Something surprising happened...I deviated from my plan and the world did not end. I enjoyed the meal and I am realizing that it is ok. I ate everything except for the rice. Rice is not an unnecessary filler food for me. Note to my keto family. Do not eat at a Japenese restaurant if you are new to keto. There are zero options and too many temptations. Also zero substitutions. I hope you are all having a great weekend!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
