OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 73!

Hi everyone: It's Day 73 of my omad journey. Yesterday I had two meals. So I decided why not have another two meals today in one day. It's a slippery slope for me. I'm pretty much all or nothing. I figured that if I was going to cheat why not really cheat! I had been craving donuts and fries. I really missed that Montreal poutine. Hello, New York Fries! Hello Tim Horton's!

Here is the damage!

Lunch: large poutine with everything, chocolate dip donut, and coffee with cream/molasses

Dinner: cabbage with chicken and kombucha

Dessert: mango and strawberries

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
