Here is the damage!
Lunch: large poutine with everything, chocolate dip donut, and coffee with cream/molasses
Dinner: cabbage with chicken and kombucha
Dessert: mango and strawberries
Day 73! I fasted for 18 hours and my eating window was 6 hours. I am pretty much an all of nothing type of gal. I'm realizing that a longer eating on a long term basis will not work for me. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
