Day 101 of #omad and Day 30 of the #keto #ketober challenge. My keto was an experiment for me. I think I will continue with it. Keto and intermittent fasting seem to work best for me. I'm doing keto my way. 🙌🏾 😍 Im consuming high fat moderate protein and low crab. However I'm eating intuitively ( listening to my body) I'm not weighting my food or counting macros. I'm maintaining my weight. My health is great and I feel good. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
