OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 91! Day 20 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's day 91 of omad and day 20 of the keto ketober challenge. I mentioned in one of my previous posts that the reason that I have been so successful with omad. I have been avoiding social situations. Now that I have reached my goal, I've decided to be flexible. Tonight we went out with my husband's co-workers for dinner. I wanted to keep the meal keto friendly. I checked the Lonestar menu heading to the restaurant. I picked two choices. Here is what I ate tonight for my meal.

Dinner: 11 oz steak with mixed veggies

No keto options for dessert at this restaurant. I sure do love my dessert. I went home and had a coco polo chocolate bar and some coffee.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey. 
Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.

OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 365! COMPLETED! WHAT'S NEXT???

Hi friends: It's 365 days of omad! I did it! I ate one meal a day for one year!!! During this year I did do some extended fasting...
