Day 84 of #omad Day 13 of the #ruledme #keto #ketober challenge. 💕 I'm so close to my 100th Day #omadanniversary 💕 What I ate today: #coffee #cream #blackstrapmolasses #bacon #eggs #avacado #salami #sunflowerseeds #spinachsalad The avacado, bacon and eggs were so filling that I wasn't able to eat my salad or strawberries. I always eat my dessert last. So my carb intake seems to be very good. Btw...I'm not counting calories. Intuitive eating works for me. To sum up I eat my fat first, then protein, then carbs. Then of course I sip my coffee 🙌🏾. My probiotic of choice is @biokplus please do your research on this probiotic. The strawberry is my favourite but I also like the capsules too. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
