OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 87! Day 16 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's day 86 of omad and day 16 of the keto ketober challenge. I have reached my goal weight. I can't believe how far I have come. This one meal a day lifestyle really works.

Dinner: chicken thigh with grilled asparagus

Dessert: cloud bread, cream cheese, sunflower seeds and coffee

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
