OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 79! Day 8 of the ketober challenge!

Hello everyone: It's Day 79 of omad and Day 8 of the keto ketober challenge. My meal was so filling and delish! Interesting observation eating this much fat makes me full faster with less food. I like that. I fast daily 23 hours and have an eating window of 1 hours. I am now 6.4 pounds away from my goal weight. I have lost over 30 pounds by eating omad. 

Dinner: Steak with gravy and asparagus


Dessert: sunflower seeds, pecans, blackberries and coffee

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
