OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 94! Day 23 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's day 94 of my omad journey. Also day 23 of the keto ketober challenge. I have seen so many of my keto friends on Instagram share their pics of zucchini noodles. They do not eat pasta because of the high carb count. So I decided to make the zucchini noodles today. I don't have a zoodle maker so I opted to buy them from Fresco. They were delicious. They cooked really fast! My new substitute for pasta.

Dinner: zoodles with mushrooms and chicken topped with cheese

Dessert: bacon, sunflower seeds, and coffee

How I lost 30 pounds in 90 days!



Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey. 


Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
